Approval Guidelines
Is your gross monthly income three times the rent? That's an important one for us! By "Gross monthly income we mean before taxes and deductions and from all sources (your jobs, co-applicants jobs, SSI, etc.). This one is important to us!
Is your credit decent? No evictions? Do you have a pattern of paying other bills (car, credit card, student loan payments) on time? This one is important too, it will all show up on the credit report.
Can you provide a prior landlord reference that is NOT a friend or family?
Have you been at your job for more than a year?
